LIFETIME WARRANTY
This FIX AUTO Collision Center offers a warranty on all repairs described on the facility
repair order number listed above (the "Repairs"), unless otherwise indicated. This warranty
is subject to all terms and conditions described below. Under this warranty, the FIX AUTO Collision Center
listed above, warranties that the repairs shall be free of defects in workmanship for as long
as you own your car.
Parts and Materials:
All Parts and Materials are covered solely as described by the terms and conditions of the parts
manufacturers or the suppliers warrant.
Exclusion:
All damages caused by another accident, normal wear and tear or lack of maintenance to the vehicle are
not covered by this warranty. Also excluded from this warranty are all damages caused by external
phenomena(Acts of God), industrial fall out, chipping caused by impact of objects such as stone splits, road salt, gravel or
any other abrasives on the road. Towing of the vehicle and transportation of the client are also excluded
from this warranty. There shall be no warranty on repairs to RUST. FIX AUTO COLLISION CENTER MAKES
NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS
LIMITED TO REPAIR OF ANY DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP. FIXAUTO COLLISION CENTERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF INCOME OF PROFITS.
Claims
This warranty is offered by the FIX AUTO Collision Center mentioned on the form and
will be accepted by all FIX AUTO Collision Centers throughout the USA and Canada. To be complete,
all claims must include: the warranty certificate, the repair details and the estimate from
the FIX AUTO Collision Center where the repairs have been made. FIX AUTO reserves the right to allow
the original FIX AUTO Collision Center to make the first attempt to correct any
repairs covered under this warranty.
Transfer:
This warranty is non-transferable.
